Sun Oven - Meal 2

I put some Brown Sugar Spiced Pork Loin roast and baked potatoes in the sun oven today, and let them all cook for the afternoon.  No burning, no scorching, and no over-cooking.  Everything turned out great!


Next up:  I'd like to see how it does with bread.  And then, on to dehydrating!
